استهلت مؤسسة خطوات للتنمية الإنسانية بمديرية مقبنة بمحافظة تعز مشروع التمكين المهني وتنمية المهارات الحياتية للمرأة والشباب ؛ الذي نفذته مبادرة تمكين الشبابية ، هذا المشروع الذي يهدف إلى تطوير قدرات النساء والشباب في المناطق الريفية وتعزيز فرصهم في الحصول على مصادر دخل

يشمل المشروع تنفيذ برامج تدريبية متخصصة في مجالي سكرتارية الحاسوب والخياطة الأساسية والمتقدمة، لعدد 95 شابا ً وشابة من بينهم 40 متدربة من الأسر فاقدة العائل في مجال الخياطة وكذا 55 متدربا ً ومتدربة في مجال سكرتارية الحاسوب والذي سيستمر 60 يوما ً .

 

رحلة مهنية حافلة بالعلم والفائدة والتحصيل وبالتوفيق لكل المتدربين .

​Vocational Empowerment and Life Skills Development Projects for Women and Youth

 

KHotwat Foundation For Human Development (SFHD) in Maqbanah District, Taiz Governorate, has launched the Vocational Empowerment and Life Skills Development Project for Women and Youth. Implemented by the Tamkeen Youth Initiative, the project aims to develop the capabilities of women and youth in rural areas and enhance their opportunities to secure sustainable sources of income.

​The project includes specialized training programs in computer secretarial skills as well as basic and advanced sewing. It targets 95 young men and women, including 40 female trainees from female-headed households in the sewing track, and 55 male and female trainees in the computer secretarial track. The training will run for a duration of 60 days.

​We wish all trainees a rewarding professional journey filled with knowledge, growth, and success.
